Chapter 1: General Provisions (Name)
Article 1:
This specified non-profit organization is called the Kansai Bangladesh Project.

(Offices)
Article 2:

1. The main office of the organization is at 1-1-13, Ikuta-cho, chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan.
2. In addition to the main office, there is a branch at Chandgaon Baruapara, P.O. Al Amin Baria Madrasha, Chittagong 4221, Bangladesh.

Chapter 2: Objectives and Activities
(Objectives)
Article 1:
The objectives of this organization are, first, to improve mutual understanding between Bangladesh and Japan; and second, to impress the importance of international support upon the general public through activities such as cultural exchange, technical exchange, publishing, financial aid, medical services, and educational opportunities for the people of Bangladesh.

(Kinds of specified Non-profit Activities) Article :
The organization carries out specified non-profit activities of the following three kinds:

1. Activities to promote social education Activities to promote international cooperation
2. Activities to give coordination, advice and support relating to management and
3. Activities of the groups carrying out the above-mentioned activities.

(Project) Article 5: This organization is to carry out following activities in order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives:

1. Projects relating to specified non-profit activities
2. Projects to provide the orphans and minorities in Bangladesh with housing, educational and medical facilities and to support them.
3. Support projects at the time of natural disasters in Bangladesh such as cyclones.
4. Educational projects for general public in Kansai area to raise awareness through seminars, lectures, and meetings on Bangladesh.
5. Exchange projects promoting mutual visits of the people in the Kansai area and Bangladesh.
6. Publication of newsletters three times a year for the members as well as the general public in Kansai area.
7. Other projects as required to realize the objectives of the organization.

Fund-Raising Projects.
Hosting events such as charity dinners, charity concerts, etc, in Kansai area. Sales of craft products by the people in Bangladesh and other members of the organization.

1. The projects described in the Article 5 (2) are to be carried out as long as they do not interfere with the projects described in the Article 5(1). Furthermore, the activities mentioned in 5 (2) will be used to raise money for the activities in 5 (1).
